The Mayor-Elect of the London Borough of Enfield, Councillor Tony Dey, invited all the London Mayors to a Garden Party at the College on the Students' Activity Day in June.

Capel Manor is Greater London's regional land based college and has centres across London with students from all the London Boroughs and Corporations.

Invitations were also extended to the Mayors of other areas whose students also attend the college.

The Mayors and their guests were also given a tour of the gardens and had the opportunity to have a look at the many student demonstrations taking place throughout the 30 acres of gardens.
