The picture shows the new introduction, sponsored by the Sun News paper, Acer pseudoplatanus 'Sunshine' (which was raised by Peter Seabrook, the world famous broadcaster and writer who is their Gardening Editor) in one of the Sunflower street gardens at Capel Manor College. With this superb shrub is Julie Phipps, the gardener at the college who is responsible for the Sunflower Street Gardens.
