Husqvarna Sponsors Capel’s Celebration of Trees 30th November 2007

Capel Manor College have started preparations for their 2008 Celebration of Trees event which takes place on Friday 25th and Saturday 26th April, 10am – 5pm. Now in its 6th year of running the show has gone from strength to strength and has proved itself as a highly regarded event within the Arboriculture and Countryside Industries. The support and recognition the show receives each year from industry associations and companies alike endorses the show’s reputation, which is to be further enhanced this year as Capel Manor College is delighted to welcome Husqvarna on board as the show’s official sponsor.

Showcasing the best in Arboriculture and the Countryside the show brings together working professionals, students, general public and youngsters wanting to discover more about the industries. Plus it’s perfectly timed at the beginning of the financial year for those larger budget purchases - the perfect way to kick off 2008.

CAS have signed up once again to hold their AGM on the eve of the show on Thursday 24th April in the Manor House and the ISA UK&I’s AGM will once again take place on Friday 25th April in the Manor House – which happens to also be Arbor Day. The ISA Student Tree Climbing Competition Finals sponsored by Greenmech will also be taking place over both days so colleges should start preparing their students.

With free entry to the show for trade visitors (via advanced tickets only) where else should you be on Arbor Day than celebrating with Capel Manor and Husqvarna?
