We are
passionate about lifelong learning and seek to help all those we work with,
to maximize their potential and impact- towards personal growth, service
improvement and business competitiveness.
Naturally, we are committed to the promotion of equal opportunities in people
and organizational development, as well as the valuing of diversity, in
the multi-cultural community in which we operate.
Whilst our management and continuing development activity, including courses
and conferences, and our specialist consultancy services are targeted primarily
at the land based sector, our regeneration and community work and general
consultancy activities cover all sectors. And our retirement preparation
programmes are open to all.
Our primary market,
therefore, embraces managers and supervisors, including owner managers
, as well as volunteers, involved in - horticulture, landscaping, garden
design, arboriculture, environmental conservation, countryside management,
and floristry, plus many other people who run businesses, work, volunteer,
learn and live in Greater London and the home counties.
We are extremely versatile
in the services offered, because we are able to draw on a panel of highly
experienced and well qualified associate consultants, as well as leading
specialists from Capel Manor College - a Centre of Vocational Excellence.
Also, we can offer services throughout the year, daytime, evening and
at weekends.
