Bespoke Training
Capel Manor College aims to establish the necessary relationship with business in order to understand your needs. We are able therefore seeking to work closely with employers to develop employability for individuals and provide business and industry with the knowledge and skills you need to stay competitive through bespoke training.
We aim to ensure that we deliver appropriate and attractive learning opportunities, which are affordable and easily accessible by employers and your workforce through our range of training opportunities.
Our training can be devised to fit your time span and isn’t confined to your employees coming to the college. In most cases it makes sense to run tailored programmes on your site. Whether it is NPTC certificates; use of pedestrian mowers, pesticides, recognised Health and Safety updates or even refresher training in landscape maintenance tasks you will benefit from our tutors unique knowledge of the industries in which they work, and gain a solid foundation in the different disciplines needed to ensure your business grows.
