CASE STUDY FOR TRAIN TO GAIN WITH PINNACLE-PSG
Train to gain is a service for businesses which provides help to identify and source training that will improve the skills of your workforce and your business performance. It aims to encourage employers to invest in the development of the skills and qualifications of your employees.
Capel Manor College is a recognised training provider of land based training under the Train to Gain banner.
What does Train to Gain offer?
- It may be possible to access some free training to help employees gain either their first full Level 2 or Level 3 qualification.
- The possibility of wage compensation for companies with less than 50 employees to cover the cost of time spent in training. This is paid at the end of the training.
- High quality training with Capel Manor College primarily in the fields of horticulture and arboriculture.
- The option of training being delivered in the workplace.
Who is eligible?
- Recipients must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Recipients must either be employed, self-employed or working as volunteers.
- Recipients must be aged 19+
