Learning Support
at Capel Manor, Enfield

Our Learning Support School offers Key Skills, Basic Skills, business studies, advice, guidance, counselling and support to full and part-time
students at all levels.
Although we don’t offer an ESOL programme, we do assist students for whom English is a second language through language support on their course.
All apprentices and students who are 16-18 years old will study Key Skills at the level they need.
Students over 19 are also encouraged to refresh and accredit their Key Skills alongside vocational study. The HEAVEN Academy for 14-16 year olds is based in the School of Learning Support. We also run customised programmes in partnership with local schools and link with Enfield’s Education Business Partnership in contributing to the successful STAR (Skills, Training and Re-motivation) project for 14 and 15 year olds.
